   Our son is buying a flat for university in Glasgow, via a joint borrower sole proprietor mortgage. We had used Neilsons in the past, and found them to be excellent, so got in touch with Claire Scott this time. Her advice and service has been excellent throughout, as we navigated a challenging process where we had to withdraw from a purchase due to an undisclosed major outstanding works, and look for another property instead, to really tight timescales. Claire was calm, extremely efficient and helpful throughout, with great advice around offers, and negotiating terms.    We had occasion to use Neilsons recently in relation to Title Deeds for our property. I must say, we found those we dealt with to be very efficient and professional at all times.
