   Vicki cooper - There is not enough praise in the world for Margaret Kathleen and of course Carly, Margaret had so much patience and time for me and went up and above too support me even when my mental health shut down completely and I had nothing left this firm became my voice. Margaret in particular was at my side during the toughest times of my life and the toughest years because my tough time was no overnight fix but Margaret still treated me and both my children with the utmost care and respect . From where I was, too where I am now is unbelievable it’s night and day I have my life back, years of sobriety behind me and also gained back the love of my family and there’s no way I could have done it without Margaret and also Kathleen who was also a huge support too me for different issues, unfortunately my issues weee broadly based. Kathleen was fantastic a great support and I can’t forget Carly who would listen too my long phone calls without complaint. Can’t praise them enough and would never see past them . Vicki cooper

   I am speechless! I just phoned and spoke to a very lethargic receptionist who, after asking what I required, came back to me and said they could not offer the service that I wanted because I am not an existing client. So, all I can take from that response is that they do not want any NEW clients. My requirement is that I need to have a document signed to confirm that I am who I am. I've lived locally for 30 years and could have produced as many documents as is required. My regular solicitor is in Shawlands hence the reason that I'm trying to save myself a longer journey for such a small request that would only take 5 minutes and that I am happy to pay for!
