The enrolment process is not what anyone expects I was told to come whenever from the bot that texts you on WhatsApp. I called in and got told to not come in whenever just to come in on this date. Like, stop giving misinformation out to people who Enroll in your college. Then I got told there would be long queues I did the form online I need my ID. Update:If you attend low and you have a course you want to go to say goodbye to the course you want to do. Because they would say you can't because of your past attendance how's that a person's fault who has a disability how are they meant to come in always when they have appointments to go to? This college is only for council money off the person's account and will do anything to throw them off the course. The experience for enrolment is worse than anything you will experience in life. If I could give it a zero I would likely do it. Also, they recommend you to go and find and look to do something else where like a community education. if the person only used to that one college why refuse them entry to the course they applied for. Don't recommend anyone to go here. Your son or daughter is better off somewhere different. Don't give them server depression form sending them here. Or Southall college that is worse then this one. Also I'm an college student here and a experienced one I will tell you the reviews you see or Mine aren't lying.

I attended Hammersmith College for my previous studies and had a wonderful experience there. The level of education, professionalism, and student support was outstanding. However, my experience at Ealing College, part of the same group of colleges, was way different.. In 2019, at the age of 22, I decided to enrol into a course in accounting at Ealing College. I paid the full amount for Level 1, completed it successfully, and expected to progress to Level 2. However, instead of being allowed to advance, I was informed that I needed to complete another part of Level 1. This was both surprising and frustrating as I had already met the requirements to progress. Feeling that something was not right, I decided to explore my options and enrolled at City of Westminster College. Upon enrolment, I was placed directly into Level 2, as I had indeed passed Level 1. Even more shocking was the fact that I was informed that I did not need to pay any fees, as I was under 23. I had paid the full fee at Ealing College, which turned out to be unnecessary. I can’t understand why they made me pay, when they were clearly aware of my age and if I would stay, I would pay even more and I would just waste my time.. After raising this issue with Ealing, I eventually received a refund, but it was a stressful situation and wasn’t resolved smoothly as I had to wait long to get a refund. This year, I decided to return to college and opted to take a Level 1 English course starting in January as I missed the opportunity to start course I wanted and had to wait until September and I thought that it could be a great experience before my actual GCSE studies this year. I was surprised when I started attending the lessons - I did entry 3 English and the level of speaking and writing was much higher than this - i don’t think you learn how to spell “because” in Level 1 ESOL classes… I passed my first speaking exam in February and my writing exam in June with no doubts. My tutor confirmed my success in both exams verbally and in writing. However, despite numerous emails and follow-ups, it is now August (6 months since I passed my first exam?!) and I haven’t received any of my certificates yet. After numerous emails I sent to them, (on each of them they responded that certificates hasn’t been sent yet and they are not aware of when will this happen, then they sent an email in June that they are in process of being sent) I finally received an email today, Worse still, I was recently informed that I had only passed the speaking exam, which it’s just ridiculous… This entire experience has been extremely stressful, especially as I am now enrolling in another college and need my certificates. The administrative issues at Ealing College have caused significant delays and confusion, and the lack of clear communication and support is deeply concerning. Ealing college is just a joke. Unprofessional, unpleasant and seems like no one is in charge of this place. Nothing has changed since 2019 and I am just mad at myself that I made that decision and returned back. Regulatory authority should really consider a proper inspection in this place.

I was here the first year it opened 92/93, I was actually in Ealing green high school which was closed to make way for this place and we only had the top of floor. The high school we were left with basically had supply teachers the whole last year of our GCSES different ones every couple of weeks for some lessons, English teachers that had English as a second or third language, art teachers taking maths. History taken by a french teacher. Only BIS had the same teacher as we had previously needless to say we all got terrible grades. One reason was in the change over all the coursework we had done was lost so we had to redo a year's worth of coursework. 30 years later still hate the place.

Took my daughter to Enrol ,now i feel like I’ve made a mistake . Was being sent around in corners , seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing . Tutors were very rude super it wasn’t only one person who said this quite a lot . I shall be making a complaint . Hammersmith college super lovely people , now Ealing totally the opposite I shall be looking for another college as now I don’t feel this is the right one. A tutor was saying are you sure you want to do this course it’s very hard you know (that’s ruining her ambition) something she has always wanted to do . Didn’t even let us talk just kept talking and being super rude . Maybe this Job isn’t for her at all as their is no people skills

A solid place to work at, a positive working atmosphere and amazing people to work with. Since the replacement of the senior management the college is now heading towards a good direction. A lot of positive changes have been made and the future ahead looks positive. Highly recommended!
