Doesn't matter what time of day I phone, can never get a taxi. Normally same guy answering the phone but if someone different answers like the female I can get one no problem. Won't be phoning them again!
Taxi from Edinburgh to East Lothian. Despite the majority of the world operating card payments, AC do not, and they also charge you to actually get cash from a machine nearby. So not great if they are trying to promote themselves as a local company
Absolutely disgusted, I've used this service previously to pick up my prescriptions as I'm unable to leave the house..never had a problem..taxi prob costs about £4/£5 however always give driver £7. Was advised today..they are "too busy " I advised anytime today would be fine, however was told its too much hassle as pharmacy might ask for my date of birth! Never been a problem previously as I've always phoned pharmacy ahead of time to ask them to have my medication ready and advised a taxi would collect. I've now lost my lifeline to pick up my meds as pharmacy are unable to deliver! Absolute joke of a company!! I should maybe of phoned when less busy!!
Just been cut up by one of their drivers at the mini roundabout at the top of Church Street and been given the finger for my trouble. This is the kind of people they employ as drivers.
Ordered at 10:45 to pick up at 11:30. It's now 00:11 and still not here. Phoned twice to be told it's on its way. Where from????
Amazing Kindness in time of need. I'm now Trying to make contact after 6 years, to say Hello in person, to the driver, a Soldier in a past life ! Yes...I'm returning to Bonnie Scotland, and Tartan Taxis are going to take me everywhere, and show me around, in blissful comfort and hopefully Sunshine !
