   DISGUSTING RIP OFF - Do NOT use this taxi service! They charged £40 to take us from Premier Inn Musselburgh to Edinburgh Uni mid morning on a Saturday. A journey that took around 20 minutes. That’s the equivalent of £120 per hour! Absolutely joke. The uber we took back was less than half the price. Not sure why but you can’t order an uber the other way round, hotel receptionist said they don’t arrive and to be fair I couldn’t locate one. They’ll clock on soon though because no one likes feeling like they’ve been robbed! AVOID!!!!

   We booked a taxi yesterday to take us to the local train station at lunchtime today. None turned up. When we phoned they said there was no record of the booking. Three conversations later we gave up and used our own transport. But this led to a stressful afternoon racing to arrive on time at the airport to catch our plane. We just managed it but no thanks to Premier Taxis Tranent.

   Great service very friendly got a taxi with a woman that had pre-booked for herself too get home she gave me and a friend a lift I offerd extra money as wee were going a bit further in the same town but driver said no it’s fine which was very nice off him as he could have charged the extra fair, highly recommend.

   Terrible service, me and my mate hammie had a journey from hell . The driver Steve was a terrible driver, he stank of vodka and kept offering us lines a drone to which we refused but then Steve stopped the taxi and forced us to take a line each . Then he made us kiss each other

   Any one should know not to go through a red traffic light let alone a Proffesional taxi driver. Trying to take a right turn at a crossroads on the south side of Edinburgh this morning and the person thought it was ok to continue through this red light. The light's change so quickly here but god help any school children heading over to the high school if the green man was on. Premier Taxi's plastered all over the vehicle. Idiot and for that reason I will never use them. Angry road user. 02-11-21 - Yet another white Premier Taxi straight through a red light at the Lasswade crossroads this morning. Old man and woman in the front. Shocking!! Wish I had a dash cam.

   Dissappointed. I called for a taxi to take a lady in a wheelchair. Got told it was too short a run to be viable for them. Man was nice enough but where is the community spirit in these difficult times ? Called AC taxis and right away it was not a problem at all :)

   Premier Taxi, the best taxi service in Tranent. The Taxi's are always sparkling clean & they always arrive exactly when they say they will. The drivers are courteous & friendly, no matter how busy they are. Ive had a few bad experiences with another local Taxi service, rude drivers, exorbitant prices & poor driving even. Also quoting a time of arrival & being at least 15 mins late. One driver told me to get a f☆ing bus. Not Premier Taxi's, if they can't help they actually give you a number for another service that can, or they will do their upmost to squeeze you in somewhere! It's a pleasure being driven by them. Excellent.
