   If I could give a minus 10 I would trying to book a cab to take my 4 year old who has had an op for to get her head reshaped to the out of hours Drs had a rude as hell guy answer the phone and tell me I can't pre book a cab for 4:15 pm to call back nearer the time then hung up!!!!! Wtaf !!!!!! This has happened to me before and when you call back nearer the time they say we don't have any available and hang up worst company ever!!!@

   Don't like offshore call centre. That's why have given rating if 3 But can't fault local drivers. . If I could guarantee local taxi then id happily use more often. But have been told on several occasions that they couldn't guarantee a taxi would be available until the booking time for us and our small dog.... If you book a taxi you expect it to be there and not cancelled at last minute.

   Taxi turned up on time but I did not see my notification, driver called and was very polite. Taxi was booked to take my husband to get his car and he was very friendly and chatty. He must have been good as my husband gave him a bigger tip than usual lol. Would definitely use them again

   Would have given no stars if that was an option! Booked taxi at 8.15 for a 11.45 pickup. Apparently on a Friday schools take president, which wasn’t told to us. Also it was our mistake for not stating that it was for a wedding. Called and told it would be 20 minutes late however it didn’t turn up till 35 minutes after it’s pick up time. Got the bus instead. Poor customer service and no taxi service!!

   I have always used this company in the past but safe to say won’t be happening again. Utterly disappointed at the man that had answered the phone, I got picked up from my house and dropped off at the Doctors’s with my ill son (the pick up service was great) but I was told for return just to call them back however when I did was told none available as all booked fair enough but I then called back again to find out if they had any cancellations or could help with any other companies they know off as my house is a bit of distance to walk with a toddler and the man was so rude and dismissive over the phone, I wouldn’t have called back if I wasn’t desperate but to be treated like that was ridiculous.

   Good. But the driver didn’t take credit card, so we had to find a cash machine to stop at. Would have preferred not to have that inconvenience! Thanks for your question Aerial ABW. I booked via phone and confirmed my booking before I travelled, so perhaps it’s a question that your operator’s can ask: payment by card or cash? I can’t remember whether your app gives you the option of specifying card or cash.
