Fantastic company! Having been let down after midnight by our prebooked taxi with another company, Johnny's Cabs answered our rescue call and saved the day (when no other company would), collecting us at 1.15am in a mini bus big enough for us all from the 'middle of nowhere' venue and taking us to various locations across East Lothian and Edinburgh. In the drivers own words "we won't see people stuck" and for that we were very very grateful as we were completely stuck! Thoroughly recommend these guys - thank you

Used them every day for our golf tour. 100% reliable, friendly and on time. No hesitation in recommending.
Taxi didn't turn up for large group, phoned and they stated they had double booked so couldn't come. Then they offered us another cab in 5 mins (the large mini bus that we had originally reserved - go figure), that didn't turn up either. No one bothered to phone to say either times. This made us late for plans in Edinburgh. No apologies or attempt to help or even tell us. AVOID this company to avoid disappointment.
£4 for the phone call to arrange a taxi, then got cut off and had to call back for another £2 and you don’t know you’re being charged until afterwards. This should be illegal. What happened to a ‘press 1 to accept these charges’ message?
