Dale and his team offered an excellent service transporting wedding guests to and from Edinburgh to the Borders. We had numerous pick-ups and drop-offs and it all went like clock work! Thank you Dale, Natalie & Alan.
Have used Dale's on several occasions over the past few years to and from Edinburgh airport. Excellent service, helpful staff and always on time even when travelling for early morning flights out and back. Couldn't fault them and reasonably priced too.
Excellent service. I was rather nervous about my daughter’s first trip abroad and when I found out her flight was due in the early hours of a bank holiday Monday I considered doing the 3 hour trip myself to collect her. But I need not have worried as Dale and Natalie ensured a first class service, tracking the plane arrival and texting the plan where to meet. It worked like clock work and I will certainly have not reservations using them again. Thanks very much Dale and Natalie .

Dale’s service is second to none, professional and courteous. Used him to ferry myself and some colleagues around Edinburgh after a party night and he was amazing, made sure everyone got home and was happy to go the extra mile for us. A true gent and cannot recommend his service highly enough
Called and asked for a quote for a drop off at Edinburgh airport and was told £40, including parking exit fee however, when I called back a few days later to book it, he reneged on his original quote stating he wouldn’t have given me a quote like this, and would not stand by it. I took him at his word and trusted the quote he gave me would be honoured, I was wrong and would not use him or even get a quote from him in future. The fact that he was quick to say he could do it for £50, made me feel like his original quote was simply to hook me in. Not to go back and forth but you’re basically calling me a liar and I can assure you, that you SPECIFICALLY quoted me £40, I then asked if it included the £4 and you confirmed it did. The fact that you’re willing to start an argument when I’m giving you feedback is an indication that you’ve made a mistake. I’d have thought more of you if you had just apologised for your mistake, and honoured the quote and everyone would be happy, but no, you’re more than happy to be defensive and try to make me look like I’m the liar which I’m not. I certainly wouldn’t be making a big deal for £4, there’s a principal in play here, perhaps you should consider that. Thanks

We needed an 8-person return cab from Edinburgh to St Andrews and Dale was the perfect man for the job and at a competitive price. A punctual, safe and smooth ride in a nice clean people carrier. Lovely chap to boot. I thoroughly recommend Dale!
