   My son was on one of their coaches back to school after a rugby match, and his phone slipped out of his pocket through a gap behind the toilets where he was sitting, so couldn’t be reached, as the driver had another group to get to. Which is fair enough, My sons Coach was told that a member of staff would have to go deeper into the coach to get it, assured we would get it back once they could get to that part of the coach. However nearly two weeks later we heard nothing, so I called in, I tried to explain what had happened, the person on the phone was abrupt, and dismissive. Rude to be exact. Simply said “if it’s handed in we’ll call you” but it won’t be handed in because it’s not in an area that is easily got to-if so it would have been found there and then and we wouldn’t be in this predicament. He would not listen, and rushed me off the phone. I can’t speak for others but I’m in no financial position to just go and buy a new phone! And I know most are struggling in this financial climate, so my son is now without a phone, which is riding in the Pitt of one of their coaches. Yes it’s his fault as he should have been a bit more careful with it, however the fact that A the driver did not relay what he had told my sons coach to any other member of staff, clearly, which means no attempt to even look in the part of the coach was made, or will be made, and B when I called in there was a total lack of willingness to listen or even try to resolve the issue is terribly poor customer service.

   I wish 0 stars were available. It turns into a joke. A.C seems to be "I don't care taxi company." Transport is sorted and pre booked in advance. Unfortunately the child does fit upright in a smaller van, but has the risk of stopping breathing and seizures, and can hit legs on front seats. Upright positions are not recommended, and makes my child uncomfortable. Escorts are aware, but smashing it down, she was fine last time, why not today?! Unfortunately I cannot transport her myself. We need to get her transported by a bigger van. AC is aware of the situation and also SS/ Respite are asking for a bigger Van. The answer from AC even if it is pre booked We need to see what van is available. I agreed for a later pick up and was happy to lose half a day so a bigger taxi was Available. But it does not matter what day/ time is pre-booked. AC does risk it. I do under no circumstances recommend this company. Unfortunately I have no choice but to be stuck with unfriendly and non listening staff.

   Booked for 6 runs (3 over 3 back) did 3 over with an argument for the third and one back and never reappeared. Left my guests at my wedding stranded. Was extremely rude about it. Was paid in advance for six runs. Then paid more on the day by guests unknown to the wedding party who paid in advance. Do Not Recommend. Avoid!!!!!!!
