   I’ve used Penicuik Private Hire for several months, twice a week, mainly for airport runs, and the service has been absolutely faultless. They were never late, always polite and professional, and the vehicles were immaculate every time. They were also incredibly flexible whenever flights were delayed or plans changed, which made a stressful part of travelling completely hassle-free. I’ve also used them for late-night collections for my wife and always felt confident knowing she was in safe hands. Over time we’ve met many of the drivers and every one of them has been friendly and professional. We’re already booked again for January and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality private hire service.

   Abhorrent treatment of customers, I had a car prebooked, the day and times comes and all I get is a lame excuse (with no accountability) and an offer for another car 1hour late. They even refused picking up the phone just to avoid responsibility. Do not recommend, I missed an hospital appointment because of their lack of professionalism.

   A first rate service. Prompt answer on the telephone. The operator spoke clearly and concisely and repeated my request so that there were no errors. Driver turned up on time and was immaculately turned out. He was courteous and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm and should I be back I will definitely use this hire again.
