I have ordered taxi, 5 min before agreed time got text to say it will be 40 min late and will cos 15£ more then agreed. Arrived. If I had choice I would not use it again simply due them not honouring deal.

Awful. Booked a taxi for an important appointment, price agreed, phoned me back AN HOUR before pick up to demand an extra £20. Refused to just use the meter in taxi. Scam artists, avoid!
When phoned up didn’t even get to finish my sentence and was hung up on!!
