Driver was amazing. Mum had major hiccups and he handed us a water that sorted it. Was chatty when needed but let me and mum chat away as well

Booked a time 2 hours in advance to take my dog home from the vet after an operation. I get the dog then wait outside at the scheduled time, no taxi. After 10 minutes(dogs stressed and crying the whole time) get a message saying it’ll be there in 12 minutes. Phone them to confirm, they say it’s on track (the woman was nice enough on the phone). Waiting and the taxi driver eventually pulls up 35 minutes late, doesn’t say a word or apologise, then he pulls up to another taxi and starts chatting to his friend. Terrible service, no point booking if you’re not gonna stick to it. There’s plenty of other taxi companies in Edinburgh go with one of them, I will be.
Outstanding, taxi was clean and smelled nice inside it was early and in great condition on the exterior. The driver, I think his name was Colin was superb, well presented and courteous even had a spare child seat for us. Couldn’t recommend enough! Cheers for getting up out of bed to get us to the airport big man!! The kids appreciated it massively.
Rang 5am for a taxi for work said I needed to be there by 5.30. 5.45 the taxi "showed" up but never contacted me at that it was there. Rang back they only confirmed the booking there and then. I got a notification after that saying the taxi is on the way. Please don't use this service terribly ran business

Terrible, do not use this service! You book but never get connected to a driver. We booked for the airport a day in advance and still waited for 30 minutes and called multiple times and were confirmed that someone was coming, we called again and were told they don’t have any vehicles. Finally just got a cab on the street for cheaper.
Booked two 8 seater taxi's on the 23rd of April one to take me and family to a family party which arrived on time and had no issues but the 8 seater I booked and paid for to pick us up at 0015 on the 24th hadn't turned up when I phoned to ask what the problem was I was told that use had no 8 seater available for our pick up although i had paid for and booked in advance the only other option was to book two cars in which I had to pay for one of them so I was out off pocket for your mistake also I had 6 year old twins who we had to wait out in the cold as we had to wait until 1.45 for use to pick us up although I booked it for 00.15 I will not be booking through this company again
