This was an impromptu day tour around Edinburgh highlights and it turned out to be the best one before we headed to the airport. Derek is very accommodating , warm, knowledgeable and will take anyone safety in the city and outskirts. Thanks Derek, would highly recommend to anyone who needs a convenient lift/ tour.
Had the most amazing driver called Colin and he was most lovely guy. Took me an extra journey at the end of his shift a few weeks ago and completely made my day as I had a university assignment due and was limited in time. He showed such kindness which really paid off

Absolute scam artists. Drivers purposely go the longest routes ro rip you off. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered a taxi for the airport at 0430. Arrived on time, driver helped with suitcases, explained the odd route (due to bypass being closed) and got us to the airport in good time. Will use again
Absolutely awful service, when I called I asked to pay card the driver turned up said it needs to be cash but he cab take me to a bank I missed my train due to this I have missed work tonight because of this I am extremely unhappy with the service provided the woman that qnswer tye phone is nothing but rude and stuck up and kept putting the phone down on me, I have recorded all these conversations and I am more than willing to email them to whoever it is that deals with these things within your company, I will never ever use this company again the cheek and the nerve of this company treating there customers like utter garbage
