   Whatever you do don't lose your paper receipt as this company has no options to help provide a follow up copy or will offer any help to track the journey/driver to obtain a replacement receipt. As a female passenger, to learn an established taxi firm keeps no internal record of a driver pick up/journey is awful...I'll not be using this company for inter-city/long journey travel again after the unhelpful call with customer service today.

   Used to be reliable but now just useless. Booked a ride for the evening of my work Xmas party and was confirmed. Then not only did it never show up but then was on hold for over 20 minutes trying to speak to someone on the phone, much to no avail. Ubers ruined taxis then the latter ruined Uber and now no such thing as reliable cars for hire on Edinburgh. Joy

   This service were amazing, pre booked for 2 fairly long journeys and they were there on time both ways. Their phone system is good too, when I rang they immediately found my booking and were able to change the pickup time. Will use again if in the area!

   Booked through the app for a specific pick up time giving 30 minutes notice. Said time came and went with no contact. Phoned them to be told could be another 15 minutes to half an hour but no guarantee. Some form of communication would have been nice but not possible apparently as they have no control over the app. Poor excuse and not first time I've experienced poor service from this company recently. Do yourself a favour and just book an uber. They are at least reliable.
