I read the email chain of my sister’s communication with this college. I am surprised how this college is still running in London where no one is above law and they say their internal policies which they create or edit whenever they want to make fool of students overrides government laws. No one has any credibility & everyone is on same page with zero moral and compassionate grounds. The College’s process for fee refunds is deeply flawed and unfair. They responded to serious health issues with bureaucracy and policy loopholes that appear crafted to avoid refunds. Communication was slow, unhelpful, and the appeals were stalled indefinitely. A disappointing experience that should serve as a warning.

Prospective students—think carefully before considering Regent College London. It’s clear from my experience that this institution does not regard UK laws or regulations as binding and instead operates as if it is above the law. Appeals and concerns from students are habitually ignored, brushed aside, or met with outright neglect. The so-called student support here is nothing short of a joke; genuine help and compassionate treatment are entirely absent. What’s most troubling is the College’s attitude: they are not truly in the business of education, but rather in the business of making money at any cost. Student welfare, rights, and wellbeing take a back seat to profit-driven policies and management. If you value fair treatment and a supportive learning environment, there are plenty of institutions across the UK that do care about their students—please consider those instead. Regent College London creates an environment where students feel depressed, harassed, and absolutely neglected. No one deserves this kind of experience while pursuing their education. It’s time for a serious inquiry into the College’s operations and practices, as current students are suffering under an unchecked system. Choose wisely—education should empower, not diminish.

I want to share my experience with Regent College London to help others who might be considering this institution. While the college appears legitimate on the surface, my experience has revealed serious issues with how they manage student concerns and policies. This is not just about one isolated case—it reflects a broader pattern of mismanagement and a troubling focus on financial gain over student welfare and legal compliance. From the beginning, it became clear that Regent College prioritizes its own internal policies and revenue protection above adherence to UK regulations and the rights of students. Both international and UK students face opaque, unclear processes that lack transparency and fairness. Despite submitting urgent requests backed by solid evidence and following required procedures, the treatment was cold and dismissive, with no real support or empathy for student circumstances. What’s particularly concerning is how the college seems to create or introduce policies only after situations arise, using these retroactively to deny legitimate student requests. This approach disregards the fact that statutory consumer protections and student rights under UK law should always come first. For anyone expecting a straightforward, fair process from a UK education provider, this experience is likely to be disappointing and frustrating. Communication throughout was slow and inadequate, with appeals and complaints left unanswered for extended periods. It felt as though the college’s main aim was to delay and deflect rather than resolve student issues honestly. The absence of effective regulation enforcement or adherence to properly established procedures means many students are left struggling with unresolved problems. Ultimately, Regent College’s emphasis on safeguarding income over respecting student welfare and legal protections makes it a questionable choice, especially for those who don’t want to be treated as mere sources of fee income. Before enrolling here, I urge prospective students—international and domestic alike—to carefully consider this reality, seek advice, and thoroughly research alternatives that genuinely support students’ rights and wellbeing. Sharing this is not meant as a personal attack, but as a caution for others so that no one else is caught off guard by a system that, in practice, seems more about protecting the college’s interests than those of its students.

I wanted to study business management with foundation year i picked location wembley, i’ve waited around 1 month for a interview and i passed the interview then i got booked for a english test and on the day i had the english test a woman from admissions team called Sneha Thorat called me and told me they can’t accept me because am not over 21 years of age so my work experience can’t be considered because am 18 years of age but nobody told me at the start it doesn’t even say anything about it on their website and on the same day my agent called there and they told her i picked location Southall and that i wanted to study computing??? So even if did was 21 years of age it still would be a waste of time for me And i am getting penalised for something that’s not my fault at all, Don’t go to this college.

One of the worst experiences with the communication between students and the college, the people you call to get any info are working from home and not care at all ! Sometimes you just beeing hanged up on ! College should employ people who actually want to work and do their job properly.

I was a student of General Business Management 2 years with Regent College, and I started this course during pandemic and almost took all classes from home. When I finished 2 years course I received a letter to attend convocation through online as well and I did. When I try to get admission on my 3rd year this year after summer holiday and I spoke to admission officer and she said you are not cleared your last semester. The reason of writing this, that the college did not even bother to contact me at all. I am still trying to sort this matter out by calling them but every time they said to email us. I have really bad experience with this college.

Admin is awful They clearly work from home as I often ring & hear children making enough noise I can't hear the person supposed to be at work asking me questions. You don't need your student id to be connected to the person your asking for but despite this the lady put the phone down on me as she claims it can't be done! It can.. This was after having me on hold for 5 mins listening to her & her kids interaction. Some teachers are better then others in all honesty. One particular teacher had passion for teaching which made his lessons 5* Another teacher had 0 passion and would just talk at us for hours

Hi, I am a new matured student at Regent College and I would like to share my experience in getting registered for my course. I would like to say how grateful to Charitha Waduge, for all his helpfulness, consideration and the great support I got from him while registering for my course. So polite, helpful, patient in helping to get on the course and to where I want to achieve. Thanks most appreciative. Cuthbert.
