    Used this company twice while on holiday in Peebles, for return trips to MacDonald Cardrona Hotel and to Kailzie Gardens. The staff on the phone and the drivers were very polite and friendly, but on both occasions the return pick up time was taken incorrectly and no taxi arrived to pick us up. Was left stranded at the Cardrona on Mon 22nd Sep then again the following day at Kailzie Gardens. Both times they had us down as one hour after the time we stated for pick up. No apology was ever given by the telephonist or by the drivers who eventually came either time.

    Do not use this company! they left us stranded I booked a taxi for 12.00 am they said could only do 12.15 they and didn’t turn up. Telephoned them and I got verbal abuse from the reception saying it wasn’t her fault, they turned up at 12.00 we were in the middle of nowhere and couldn’t get to our hotel , really bad service and non communication they didn’t phone or try to contact us, fortunately the other taxi company “Barc” taxis were so concerned for us they got us back to the Tontine hotel. Can’t believe this taxi are still in business, after 25 yrs but I’m sure they won’t last much longer with this service with trust pilot.

    Didn’t collect us on time then and left from a wedding venue without picking us up. Really stressful situation at 12:30am after a family wedding. So be careful using this company.
