    Don't buy earphones from Argos. Went to return a pair of earphones a couple days after buying them. On the box they say they have a 30 day customer satisfaction return policy. I wanted to return them because they're not very good but was told I could only return them if they were broken. I pointed out what it says on the box and she said she can't return them and then was asked how I would feel if I bought headphones that had been returned before. She said could get the phone number for the earphone company for me to contact and that I could buy another pair. Felt very condescended to the whole time.

    Excellent customer service with a young girl called Hannah, not only did she give excellent customer service and show compassion and kindness to me, after she carried on by asking other customers around the store if they needed help. This girl needs a payrise shes worth her weight in gold.

    Carol the old woman is so rude I came In yesterday to return an item and told me it ‘wasn’t happening’ she was rude belittling and outspoken. All I asked was for a refund or exchange! She was determined she wasn’t going to do it then finally after I told her I’d spoke to the helpline she issued it and proceeded to talk about me after I had walked away. Not a way to treat a customers after I had spent 200+£ on an item. Which was no good! I’m never going back

    Ordered an ssd here a week before. Woke up early to collect it and they stated that the order didn’t come in after I had an official email stating that it was coming in. They couldn’t do anything for me. Rubbish customer service

    Ordered several items for home delivery. Unfortunately we had 3 out of 10 items that was incorrect. Although the issue, They were quick to amend this issue with not much stress our end. Overall job well done
