The manager and staff are so so so rude and they ruined my Christmas!!! I went to collect an order which I brought for Christmas gift. I have been asked to provide ID while I am already nearly 40 years old! They are so rude that no matter what I say they just respond with no empathy and speak as cold as a machine. I had the worst experience and I donβt recommend anyone to buy from them.

The manager at this store is very very very rude and has bad attitude. I went to return a phone bought two days ago not been used. She refused to refund and speaks arrogantly. Don't buy at this store, buy at own expense. You will be disappointed. Minus 0 stars

The staff are very helpful and kind especially the colleague who goes by the name Alephia. Her customer service was absolutely amazing and her manager should be very proud and lucky to have a staff member like her. She helped me look at alternatives to a product that was not available at the time.

We ordered a baby car seat for £150 and paid extra for a shorter delivery slot. Not only was it not delivered during the allotted period, but was not delivered AT ALL. When we complained we were told that it was delivered, according to the Driver, and that Argos would be unable to investigate for 7 days. As this was a gift for our daughter needed on a specific day, which has now past, we are very upset not only because we were not able to give our present but also feel we have been treated as if it was our fault. We suggest you not trust Argos and shop elsewhere⦠it is not worth the risk!

Very handy shop. When you need something quickly, most of the time, they will have it. The mail collection point is very useful and the staff always helpful and friendly. Very sad if they knock down the Galleries.

Really shocked, bought a projector yesterday from Argos for Β£180, tried it out, it wasnβt powerful enough for what I needed, I bought another one for Β£350 also from Argos Galleries , and went to return the first projector and they said no because it has been used! I cannot believe this returns policy Argos and wonβt be shopping at Argos again for any higher priced items! I donβt blame the staff although their analogy of a buying and apple and then taking a bite and wanting to return it didnβt help!
