OMG! The best cab service ever, even days before we arrived. Mr Simpson was absolutely helpful, diligent and caring in the days leading up to. He quoted us quickly when requested, after travel plans were changed, then after the airline stranded us. On arrival the driver, a veteran of a Scottish regiment( pls forgive me for not remembering the name but he has several great stories) took us on a mini tour of downtown Dunfermline, major landmarks and history. Definitely my first choice next time we visit.
Booked for a ride to the airport at the end of a holiday. Don was responsive and attentive setting things up, and Joe was top notch in arriving on time and getting us to the airport quickly and safely. Not only that, but price was very competitive. I'd definitely use this company again.

Disappointing I phoned and booked hours before I needed my taxi and it just didn't turn up no phone call to me to say why and when I tried phoning they just would not answer there phone very rude.
Booked for an airport transfer coming home from holiday, flight was slightly delayed but contacted driver as soon as we landed and wasn’t an issue. Was there waiting for us, helped us in with bags, really friendly professional driver! 5* thanks!
Didn’t turn up so had to book alternative transport. No phone call to say they were running late or anything. 1st time using them. Not a good first impression. Never again
Had nothing but positive experiences on the many times I have used them. Cannot relate to Nicola's one experience at all. 6 & 8 seater taxis are difficult to find and Gora have never let me, or my family down so far.
