   Phoned to get a taxi home and waited 40 minutes by the window: Taxi was a no show. Phoned again to enquire as to where the taxi was and was spoken to horrendously on the phone. Very short and snippy saying the driver waited 15 minutes and drove off. No phone call to alert us he had arrived (and we were waiting and watching out the window the entire time so unlikely we ‘’missed him”. Asked if they had tried to phone us or text us and were told in a very rude tone that “this isn’t Edinburgh. We operate off an old system” - clearly you’re needing to update your system if you cannot even call your customers to alert them. Every other taxi company I’ve used in Fife is more than capable of a phone call. Eventually another taxi turned up an hour after we originally phoned. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

   Worst taxi service. I’d just like to start by saying a blonde female that also works at the Chinese in Camdean she’s great…absolutely lovely and another younger guy that’s nice so this bad review is NOT towards them 2 whatsoever, but I wasn’t going to use this taxi service again after one of the older males slapped my autistic sons hand a wee while ago, we were getting ready to pay then exit the taxi when my 6 year old non verbal autistic son was either pointing out the front window or pointing at the male drivers face I couldn't see clearly what he was pointing at but obviously the older male driver didn’t like this and decided to smack my wee boys hand out the way only when I seen what happened I explained he’s autistic the man then apologised but still absolutely disgusting way to act towards a small child…anyway fast forward to now there’s been a few times recently I’ve been seriously desperate for a taxi as my usual taxi (414141) hasn’t been available, so I’ve hesitantly phoned this one as a very last resort but honestly don’t know if whoever answers the phones has an issue with me personally or what but literally every time I’ve phoned in the past week or so I get greeted on the phone with the most stinking attitude, any day at any time it’s a blunt “no taxis” me when I phoned tonight:- “have you got a taxi available just now” male reply:- bluntly “nut” with an attitude once again so then I just hang up cause I’m not being spoken to like that by a “grown man”, there’s no “sorry I’m very busy for however long” or “sorry I’ve no taxis available but you could try *suggests other taxi*” like most of the other taxi services do. I’m not sure if for some reason this man just doesn’t want me using the services or what but he seriously needs to work on his attitude and the way he speaks to paying customers. There’s sometimes a lady/different ladies that answer the phones and they’re so lovely but the male driver that answered the phone tonight and a couple previous times as well is absolutely horrible. Wouldn’t recommend this taxi whatsoever. Definitely stick to my usual taxi from now on or walk if need be, wouldn’t step foot in one of these taxis again or suggest anyone else to either with how the male answering the phones tonight deals with customers!
