   Called to book a taxi and was told 15mins or so wait. Gave the name and location then discovered our friends were still here so got a lift with them. Out of common courtesy I called back to cancel the booking and was huffed at and told I’m literally 5mins away?! Apologised and explained our friends were still here so had gone with them and then was hung up on! Very professional!!!

   Called the number of this site to order a taxi for 4 people for a return journey and gave times etc. They had agreed to pick our group up at 6;30 pm and take us to Blackness and return to pick us up to go home at 22:15. No one turned up and we ended up having to drive ourselves and the taxi owner never even called to say they were late or couldn't make it.Very poor service and wouldn't call them ever again.

   Very very unprofessional unreliable they did not turn up twice now when I have booked the tax the night before for the following morning. I work in the NHS looking after sick patients I have to turn up on time. It’s shocking that a taxi business will take a booking and do not turn up . I will not recommend such company.

   My train was at 10:59, when we got there tried to pay by card and his machine was not working, had to go and fetch cash on a nearby cash machine as he refused me to transfer the cash to his account. Unfortunately missed my train, the guy was so inconsiderate. My day spoilt. The other guy who I used before was quite good no issues
