   Would've left a zero if it would let me, apparently when you book a taxi hours before because you know it's busy, they don't book it and leave it until someone hopefully picks the job up, drivers are lovely and always say it's not as busy as they make out on the phone either, terrible phone service but if you're luck enough to get a driver it's good enough I guess.

   On the app stated price was 9.60 but charged 11.40 and wanted a tip?? Don't think so!!! Paid to drive a taxi no tips necessary and I won't use the taxi firm again don't charge more than what you said

   Booked taxi 24 hours in advance and company wouldn't respond as to why taxi didn't show up. Frikkin joke don't bother as taxi driver get more money doing a McDonald's delivery. And they wonder why taxi drivers are getting a bad name.

   Terrible service! Beware!!! I pre-booked a cab for 6 am to catch a train. What do you expect from a pre-booking? A cab at your door at your time of booking, right? Not with these guys though. It starts searching for a cab at your time of booking! So their app started searching for a cab at 6 am! I waited for 10 mins, still no cab was found and cancelled my trip. I was almost missing my train. Since I had pre-paid, the money is gone as well - no refund. I tried to call them but their number only takes automated booking requests - no human being.

   Awful service on 2 consecutive nights. Friday we booked a pick up from Livingston Station 3 hours in advance to be told 10 minutes after booked time that they were trying to connect us to a driver. Tonight we called at 7.20 then were told the driver had come and we weren't there (had been outside for 15 mins) then he couldn't find it (despite their automated booking service having the address stored). Trip cancelled, us late for a table booking and husband having to drive so we can't celebrate my birthday. Response from operator was to ask if I wanted another taxi or to carry on moaning. Not a single word of apology. Wish I could give minus stars

   Booked a taxi to airport for early flight. On arrival, I discovered I’d left my bag in the taxi….with all my holiday money. I phoned and the driver returned within 20 minutes with my bag. He didn’t want to take any money for this excellent service but I gave him something for his honesty. Taxi was a grey Corolla AG55 TAX. Thank you SO much!
