   I had a fantastic experience with GOJO! Not only was the taxi transfer prompt and comfortable, but the tour they provided was informative and really enjoyable. The driver was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure we had a great time while staying safe. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and the whole booking process was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend them if you want reliable transportation and an amazing tour experience. Will definitely book again!

   Booked 2 taxis for us to attend concert. 24 hours in advance. One to take us one to pick us up again. Both confirmed through the app and text. The pick up one was cancelled within 45 mins of us due to leave. No reason given.only through the app as well. No courtesy call. No text. Lucky i seen the notification! Shocking company to deal with. No apology offered.

   Attempted to use twice both times let down! Booked taxi 3 days in advance so wouldn't be hanging around at 1am. 2 calls to company and 45 minutes later they still hadn't dispatched taxi. Feel you shouldn't take booking if you can't fulfill it. Another time I called an hour in advance to book to catch train to work, again failed to turn up by time train was leaving.... frustrating

   Booked taxis five hours in advance. 90 minutes late and still waiting for them. Useless company. Its 2am in the morning and I am stuck.

   Pre booked on the app well in advance. Waited and no driver despite three other taxis with companies logo picking others up at the event, called and was fobbed off then they cancelled the booking on the app after an hour of waiting stay clear of this cowboy firm absolute joke of a taxi company if you can’t honour a pre booked taxi why offer the service. People that answer the phone are a disgrace.

   Awful company left us waiting over hour Lied to us constantly our taxi would be 5 mins then 10 mins then he's just round the corner Then he told us the driver was stuck in traffic at half 12 at night from dedridge to murieston did not care Take bookings and just lie to people arrogant and horrible would not recommend you really need to employ better staff and no special people who are liars

   Walked by a taxi with my phone to be questioned from a Pakistan' driver accusing me of making photos when I showed him my phone he told me to f off. Will not use this company again

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. Yesterday afternoon I pre booked a taxi for 1.10am to pick up me and 2 friends. At 1.15 I called to see where the taxi was and was told my pre booking was not guaranteed and she didn't know or couldn't tell me when my taxi would arrive ! How do they not understand what pre booked means? I was absolutely livid . Apparently I can call tomorrow to complain to the manager.
