I broke down 250 miles away from home, right at the end of my holiday. The local garage cancelled the booked via the AA recovery THREE times, and we had to extend our stay. Distressed, I sourced my own. Ano Transport Ltd came out to me as soon as they could, in the "bad weather" and all. They were friendly, informative and professional. My vehicle was finally on her way to my choosen garage mere minutes after their man and truck arrived. It wasn't stressful. I didn't have to do additional leg work. It was so straightforward, quick and easy. I was kept up to date with location of my vehicle on her 250 miles journey and it was the least stressed I've felt since my vehicle sat down. I am so grateful for Ano Transport Ltd coming out to me. They really cared about my car, and we're an absolute breath of fresh air after all I'd gone through battling the AA and their partner garage. This company was used by Evans Halshaw to deliver our vehicle in May 2023. The ANO Transport Ltd. driver drove through the Tyne Tunnel and appears not to have paid the charges (was on trade plates but they were not displayed in compliance with dvla rules), and we are now being chased for the money. Evans Halshaw have said that ANO Transport dispute liability.
A dealership arranged for this company to return their car, and I had an unexpected experience with their process. Before I even asked if there was anything to sign, the driver was prepared to sign the vehicle condition report on my behalf. Iād highly recommend ensuring you personally review and confirm the details on the report to avoid any potential issues. Double-check everything for accuracy before they leave with or deliver the vehicle.
Great service at very short notice. Obviously had a lot of work on but collected a broken down vehicle in Penrith as promised and delivered back to Stirling. Great communication throughout. Would highly recommend them and will keep there number just in case.
