   100% recommend using Extraordinair for your pets travels. Ellen, the agent I was in contact with, was incredible from start to finish. Any questions I had big or small (which were a lot) she answered quickly and thoroughly. She is obviously an animal lover, who cares about her job. I was so nervous about moving my dog to Australia from Scotland, but she alleviated those concerns, going above and beyond throughout the whole process. Ive recommended them to anyone ive spoken to. 5* service.

   Our two cats Tabitha and Shadow relocated from Johannesburg South Africa and Extrodinair looked after them after their last flight and brought them down to us in Newcastle. They arrived in such a good state after what we knew would be a harrowing experience for them as neither likes even the smallest car trip. Also Tabitha is 18 and we had been advised in the beginning by our vet that she was too old to travel but we weren't leaving her! She was absolutely in great spirits when she arrived!! Thank you so much to the team for your excellent care!

   We cannot recommend extrordinaire enough, they have been fantastic getting our dog Moz from point A to B! Having a single point of contact (Ellen) made the process so much more personal and straightforward. She was always quick to respond to emails or speak on the phone to reassure my husband and I, and to help us really understand the process; which went very smoothly! We really appreciate the incredibly personal and professional experience Ellen provided, including frequent updates and photos of Moz as he embarked on his journey to be with us again. She also helped us to save money by acquiring a wooden crate for us, rather than use the more expensive plastic ones. Special shout outs to Kenny who collected Moz from our old home in Scotland and also to Sarah from 4 paws for driving him to our new home.

   The staff were pleasant enough and completed the customs form within 45 min of our pet landing. However there was zero communication with WFS (the company that organised the transport) so we were unable to collect the cat until I took the form from Extrordinair round next door to WFS. This is not a good service. But there is no alternative so customers are treated with indifference as though a two hour delay is of no interest to them or the welfare of the cat. This service is let down entirely by poor interagency and customer communications. Management clearly done have proper systems in place

   Extrordinair were consistently supportive, knowledgeable, communicative and helpful throughout the process of bringing our dog from the USA to Scotland. Providing advice on specific import regulations and paperwork requirements, the team at Extrordinair ensured that we had everything lined up to get Chuba safely into the country. Even when KLM cancelled the flight that Chuba was due to arrive on from Amsterdam (which would have meant that he would have been in transit at Schiphol for 5 full days!), the team at Extrordinair went above and beyond to communicate with both the shipper and the airline so that Chuba could be put on the earliest flight possible. I want to thank all members of the Extrodinair team for their responsiveness and support throughout what was often a stressful process. The welfare of your pet is their primary concern, and Chloe was even able to reach out to Schiphol to get a wellbeing update for our dog when he was in transit. Professional, personable and pet-focused, 5 stars all the way for Extrordinair. Thank you from Darren, Dong-Thu and Chuba!

   I returned from Baku on 5 May and my wife returned on 15th May with our daughter. Our beautiful little Loolie was arriving 19th. We were there but a big problem with the airline did not allow us to take Loolie home. All the staff at extanodinair Edinburgh were so professional and understanding. We were so stressed at not getting our beautiful dog after many hours waiting out of office hours. Loolie spent the night and we went home. The next morning the correct paperwork arrived and we collected Loolie. I can only tell you the staff at Extanordinair did everything they possibly do to give us Loolie. They could not because they are the customs clearance. They were professional and understanding. I have to say a special thank you to Chloe. Regards Pat Doyle.    We want to thank you for the excellent care our dog Brodie received after he arrived at EDI. It was a very stressful day and your staff reassured me that his journey was smooth and without problems. I also appreciate the photos you sent of Brodie. He was tired but happy to be out of his travel crate. Brodie is a rescue dog who suffers from separation anxiety so I appreciate the extra attention he received. Your staff, especially Kara and Valentinas were very helpful and I feel they went above and beyond. We highly recommend your company.
