   Had my stuff in storage as waiting for council to rehome me finally got my stuff delivered yesterday to find my sideboard damaged the doors had fallen off and it has 2 chips in it was only weeks old before going in storage asked the guy to bring paperwork back to me to say it was damaged he come back and said the driver is away with paperwork and its no a big deal regarding door being off as I could put back on but unfortunately the holes for screws are all to big now so door not sitting properly would not recommend them as a storage company will be contacting council to say the shouldn't be using conner as the dont look after your stuff and the delivery guys are rude make matters worse the just showed up without prior knowledge of dropping my stuff off and the where at my neighbors door.. DO NOT USE AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

   Charlotte and the team have been extremely helpful from start to finish. My items have been stored safely and securely, and communication throughout has been excellent when i had to gain access in between. I had to store my belongings during a very uncertain period of time in my life and not only was Charlotte very helpful and friendly, but also very empathetic. The team who collect/deliver your belongings are very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend Doree Bonner and wouldn’t hesitate to use this facility again in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

   Poor service and poor customer service: Lost package and damaged furniture and no communications. They are avoiding my calls/emails as they don't want to go through the insurance and try to blame the damages on us. The thin layer of wrapping and the rush to get items in and out of the truck are likely the cause of everything to be scratched and damaged. Update: The manager did get in touch after escalation and offered compensation for damages...

   Fantastic company: first rate service from start to finish. The gentleman who arrived to give us a quotation was super helpful and the quote was with us within 24 hours. People were always on hand to answer my questions and the communication before the moving day was excellent. The team who helped with the move, were punctual, friendly and very helpful - even assisting us moving some of the landlord's furniture back into place. Will most definitely be using again for any future moves. They made moving home completely stress-free!

   Fast,efficient and reliable! Doree Bonner weren't the cheapest quote we received, nor were they the most expensive, but they impressed me with their professionalism from the start. The move itself couldn't have gone more smoothly. The crew that came round from Doree Bonner to pack the day before were very professional, polite, and couldn't do enough to help. Moving day itself was hassle free and ran smoothly. Everyone knew what they had to do and everything was done on time and packed away safely. Unloading at the other end was swift and efficient, all boxes and furniture going in the correct rooms. Out of all the costs involved in moving house, the money I spent on getting Doree Bonner to pack and move was the best value for money out of the lot. Couldn't recommend Doree Bonner highly enough. Would definitely use them again, although not planning on moving again for a while!

   I hired Doree Bonner to move my furnishings from the UK to the US and the process from the beginning has gone great! The sales person I worked with was so helpful and I can't say enough about the team who came to the flat to pack up my belongings. They were so professional and did such a great job. I haven't received my furnishings yet so the process isn't complete but so far the UK side of things couldn't have been better.

   Our experience with Doree Bonner was excellent. In December 2018/January 2019 the company moved us from Edinburgh to Barcelona. The consultation process with Colin Chalmers at the beginning was very thorough. The packing and removal service was efficient and very professional. Moving during the Christmas break did mean we had to wait a little longer to receive our items in Barcelona, which caused a little anxiety. But the branch Manager Steven McGregor kept us informed at every stage. The delivery itself was carried out by Doree Bonner's partners, Mathew James. The team did an excellent job bringing our items and large pieces of furniture up three tight flights of stairs to our top floor flat, without complaint or hesitation. Everything arrived in excellent condition and you could see care had been taken throughout the process. We highly recommend Doree Bonner for international moves.
