5 stars is not enough for what Imogen, Beth and the team managed to achieve for us! We had travelled to Ukraine to purchase and export a car back to England. We thought we had all of the correct paperwork but after 8 hours at the border we got rejected and essentially trapped inside Ukraine! We rang countless companies and they all said they couldn’t help, until we found First European. Beth knew what to do straight away and Imogen was able to get us all of the correct paperwork and after another 7 hour border crossing we managed to leave. Once in Dover we had to visit the Inland Border when again, Beth and Imogen both handled the paperwork for our import and had us on the road within an hour. No company I’ve ever dealt with has been as good as this, and we owe the entire trip to them. Thank you all so much.
A great service, very competent and friendly. I got very quick answers and great support. We were well looked after all round when we imported our goods to England. When our employee was standing with the customs officer at the ferry in Calais and we needed help as quickly as possible, Imogen from 1st-european Team helped us immediately. If it were possible, I would give more than 5 stars! A clear recommendation!

I don't recommend, the company does not pay its subcontractors for the work done, the forwarders are incompetent, they make fun of someone else's work and don't want to pay for own mistakes. The freight forwarder lied, confirmed a truck without an elevator then changed mind after 40 minutes, while the car had done a lot of miles. Company avoids liability to pay carrier for empty kilometers done.
I do not recommend doesn't pay your subconcractors for hard work
We at Kelsa Truck Products have been working with First European for a while now and we can't fault the service from all of the team. No matter how late we ask them to make bookings for us they always seem to be able to get the goods to our customers across Europe very quickly.
My experience with 1st European has been 1st class! Always quick to assist, the team are helpful and knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with.
