   I had a poor experience with Turcan Connel with a difficult tenancy situation. I got the feeling the solicitor I was dealing with didn’t want to be dealing with this case. Meetings were curt and as short as possible I was not walked though the processes and at one point my solicitor suggested I look up prior cases of this kind myself. Preparation was perfunctory and last minute. I thought it was just me until I moved to a different firm where matters were clearly explained and clear preparations were made and I was not made to feel an inconvenience for asking for details of process and for work in preparation of the case.

   Not sure how often people check out reviews of law firms prior to engaging their services, but they should. I've had a few dealings with Mike Kane and Juliet Barker at Turcan Connell and have been very impressed with their diligence and attention-to-detail regarding a couple of commercial transactions/business exits I've been involved with. Always quick to respond to messages/emails, and able to distill the core issues surrounding draft agreements and the ramifications of agreeing to same in layman's terms, without making you feel like an idiot in the process. Obviously different departments/people may well provide different levels of expertise and customer service, but I can't speak highly enough of Juliet, Mike and their colleagues. In my experience, Turcan Connell have been fantastic.

   Currently dealing with them with an estate..... They have come up with a very unusual and bizarre bit of accounting where they have given HMRC one valuation..... but the courts a different valuation for the same thing..... Hmmm

   Best advice I received in ages. Brilliant and communicative, answers and listens and amazing guidance with a calm voice. I would recommend using themselves highly, from my dealings so far, They don't attempt to fill in the blank spaces and ask useless questions. The advice they offer is clear and concise and directly helpful. Best part was the responding timeframe, even the reception staff are approachable and friendly. 100 percent is a reliable good law firm.

   dealt with them when buying a property. They were the sellers solicitors, they caused a delay of more than 10 days. Also, so far, they have not notified the corresponding factors the new entry date, therefore, they want me to pay for a period of time when the property was not mine yet. Avoid this solicitors, don't deal with them, they only cause delays and problems
