   Ripped the wing mirror off my car while delivering and decided not to report it to his company for the insurance to sort it out, despite promising me he would, all witnessed by a contractor doing work on my home. I’m heavily pregnant, my car packed and ready to go to the hospital and it is now not legally road worthy or safe to drive so I have no means of getting to the hospital.

   I was told when I ordered the mattress I could pick a delivery date - not with this company, they would only deliver on Wednesday which I couldn't manage. I asked if I could pick it up on my preferred date and was told I would have to phone back and specify a time. Phoned back to specify a time as requested, they didn't know why I was doing this. After an hours drive couldn't find the warehouse so phoned them again (Google maps at fault) and was given directions once in the industrial estate, unfortunately not being local I didn't know where the industrial estate was, they told me "outside Kirkcaldy" I couldn't see anyone when I eventually found the warehouse so phoned again, to be told they are not based at the warehouse and to go and find someone. I will be checking in future which delivery companies are being used in future transactions and if it's Collect2 deliver I will be shopping elsewhere.
