   Everything was dealt with professionalism. The admin was very easily contactable and provided several updates following request. We were updated on the exact day of delivery. The only point to potentially improve with the local delivery service is to provide a 24 h notice of the time frame of delivery as we were only notified about the time frame on the same morning and after some phone calls. Thank you.

   Unfortunately, our experience with this carrier was extremely disappointing. After taking over the transportation of our items from Greece, they never delivered them to us as agreed. When we asked for an explanation and our money back, they met us with threats and denial. Since the carrier misinterpreted my comment, I’d like to clarify that we have received our money back

   Christos has been very helpful through a stressful move from Cyprus to Scotland. Explained all procedures concerning customs importing personal belongings into the UK and even offered storage until I could find a house. Always available to talk to if you have any questions. Will definitely be using again in the future when other family members move over too.
