Toti delivered a couple of pallets for me, I received a phone call on arrival which was helpful. It wasn't an easy site for delivery as it was sloping, but he and his colleague were up for giving it a go and did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend. A phone call 30 mins before arrival would be even better.
I had this company deliver my stuff wot can a say the guys are amazing tito was very helpful and went above and beyond to us. Keep up the good work guys and hopefully the company can keep guys like tito best service in a long time.
My wife just had a great experience with React Transport Services and wanted to make sure they were recognised. She recently ordered a large piece of equipment, which was to be delivered on a pallet, and was advised that the delivery would be kerbside only. Seeing that she had no help to receive the pallet, Toti went above and beyond by delivering the pallet items to the door, and did so in a professional and friendly manner. The company has also pulled out all the stops to deliver the equipment so quickly, even more impressive given the time of year. Absolutely outstanding service! Wish i could give it more than 5 stars. We have been using react since January and sent many pallets with them and never once has there been an issue. Everyone at the company goes above and beyond in any way they can to suit the customers needs. They are all so polite, efficient and answer any queries very quickly. Over the moon with the service as a whole and would strongly recommend using this company. Fantastic service and employees and i would never use anyone else now.

Had a call yesterday telling me my freezer would be delivered today. 4 days ahead of schedule. Driver duly called and dropped off (not literally)! my freezer. Very polite young man so I'm a very happy lady. Thank you React Transport Services Lts. Job well done
delivery was arranged for Friday after 2pm with a call hour before arrival. as I was at work I asked at 12 if I could put my phone on desk as I was expecting call I noticed I had 2 missed calls at 10 am tried to call number back but did not get an answer so called the delivery company to see if it had been them to be told yes rearrange delivery for Tuesday afternoon after 2 . on tues on my lunch at 2 I called company to check I was still getting delivery to be told driver was in Dundee they would be with me soon .At 5.23 I called to see if they could contact the driver to see if they could give a time I was told they would call me back. I called at 5.50 to be told they would call me back. I called after 6 to get answer machine saying they closed at 6. Today I went to call the company to find I had a voicemail saying they had a delivery for me to call them back. When I called back I asked them what had happened to my delivery yesterday to be told it had not been scheduled for delivery on the Tuesday I said it was as it was me that had called back on Friday and arranged it guy basically called me a liar saying no it wasn't. its him that makes the bookings and he had not booked it in . when I said why was I told it was when I called yesterday he said we are going round in circles here . ITS NOW BOOKED IN FOR FRI 18th after 2pm with a call I hr before arrival, I was meant to get an email confirming this which has not arrived so not holding out much hope for delivery
