Eleanor is quite amazing! She helped us send a surf board and two big heavy bags internationally to California! Attention to detail and organized! She made sure of that! Highly recommended!
Did not attempt to deliver parcel that is 5 minutes from their Edinburgh depot and have ignored my contact with them despite saying they would be in touch within 24 hours. They still have my parcel and I cannot contact anyone to resolve the issue of such bad service
Thank you so much for your help with my “contraband” battery pack which was in my Luggage Free suitcase, bound for the US. DHL Edinburgh held it for me until I was able to pick it up, while sending my bag en route. Very helpful!
Great customer service from friendly and helpful staff. I visited twice in two weeks to DHL Express some urgent documents overseas. I used the DHL website to register my A4 document parcel and with the barcode provided all I had to do was turn up at the DHL Express drop-off point. Parking was a little sparse outside the building, but I was able to find a spot. Inside the reception area, you ring the buzzer for attention and someone soon appeared to take my documents and payment. The documents reached their destination 3 days later as promised. All in all it was a great experience, excellent staff, and I would use again.
Avoid!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!! How can you lie that you made attempt to deliver and no one was home when I literally cancelled my shift today so I can receive my parcel myself, kept tracking till it was 4 stops away and then stayed outside. only for me to receive a message that you attempted but no one was home. You guys can do better. Stop with the lies and maybe next time you actually get to the address.
Full of bull & liars, twice I stayed in the whole day & night tried to say they deliverer, and I was out absolutely liars, I asked when are u going to deliver? There reply was were not its being g sent back to sender. My advice get yourself new drivers
Liars, claiming no one was in! They did not even try and deliver the parcel. Have some ownership and accountability. Pathetic service
Unbelievably poor performance from branch, service chat line, and management... 2 days past the delivery date, and only DHL respond after we get in touch.... A company where nobody seems to take control of a situation. Would be 0 stars but it won't allow me to do that...
Poor service overall. Delivery failed to be delivered on the specified day. I was told by online chat it would be redelivered , only to be told 2 hours later that they were short staffed so I wouldn’t get it that day. They were unable to tell me when it would be delivered at all. After 3 phone calls, I finally spoke to someone in person. I asked if I could collect the parcel from the depot, only to be told they were too short staffed for collections as well. Finally arranged to collect parcel, I am now sitting at depot waiting for my parcel to be found. I have been told it might be 5 minutes or it could be an hour. Not impressed with service at all. Will not use again. (Have only given one star as I could not post review with no stars)
Excellent friendly service with constant parcel tracking updates. Got all the answers I needed for the parcel I was sending and it arrived well on time. I have now completely moved over to DHL as they do it best.
