   Phoned the depot and eventually got through, guy picked the phone up then hung up, I tried again, same thing, customer service is disgraceful, I contacted the sender of my item to complain and they said I am not the 1st to complain and that they are looking to change delivery company, it's just decency to answer a phone and take the enquiry, being rude is not acceptable, you answered then simply hung up making me go through the whole process again.

   Review of drivers not services, watched N20SNT almost crush a small van on the M74 northbound because the driver of N20SNT couldn't overtake another lorry when he wanted to and then proceed to almost crushing the person leaving this review.....terrible terrible drivers that judging by these reviews the company doesn't seem to care about, Operator licence hopefully under review.

   Driver was delivering to a neighbour and drove his lorry over my front grass. When I confronted him he said there was no other way he could go. He then proceeded to swear at my after offering a half hearted apology. He is obviously not skilled enough to control his vehicle.

   We called the team at SNT after a bit of a difficulty trying to read the tracking notes on a pallet of goods being brought up from England. Half expected to be told we cant help you or a blunt answer, How wrong we were! The team at SNT couldnt have been any nicer, they have even helped us out with organising an AM delivery to save us waiting around! Highly recommend these guys! They definitely do go above and beyond!

   Utterly terrible- do not use. Failed to arrive at the time specified and then the customer service rep I spoke to was incredibly rude. I recommend using P4D- cheaper and much much better service.

   Our small, local and volunteer ran "cycle speedway club" recently had a delivery of Track Shale dropped by SNT. The whole process was painless and the team were an real pleasure to deal with. Not only did SNT turn up in an immaculately presented truck, our driver Steve was amazing driver and threaded the truck around the various obstacles on our site with absolute hero levels of driving skills. Top work guys, thank you. :-)
