    Given a delivery window driver shows up at house see him put light on hes outside figure he's getting stuff off the van go do something only to see him get back in the van and drive off having no attempt at delivery using the chat function on there website is atrocious. Thankfully calling the depot number itself I did speak to a really nice woman who did try to contact the courier but that failed and my delivery has now been rescheduled for tomorrow but that doesn't change I wasted half a day's holiday to be home for this delivery and more annoying its being marked down as I rescheduled the delivery so there metrics still look good.

    How can you be this incompetent ? You have my passport to be delivered from the visa office in the same city 20mins away. 9 days and still every day you say to reschedule for the next. I have missed 2 flights and 100s of Β£. Stop scamming people and do your job

    I 9nly give 1 star because there isn't an option to give zero ! Delivery scheduled for Monday, never appeared, no update , nothing , this was a car part , I had booked the car into be repaired the day after the delivery was scheduled, because there was no update on scheduling I jave now missed the garage appointment and will be charged X hours labour to cover the garages costs =( The parcel is litteraly sitting less than 10 miles from my front door in the Livingston depot and after a good couple of hours and about 20 attempts to talk to a human. Im still no further forward and being told not to go to the depot to pick it up my own parcel myself !??!!? Why not ?!?!? I about pulling my hair out , this is utterly ridiculous. I simply refuse to ever use this company again or any other company that does either . Avoid these folks like the plague 0/10 would not recomend and will not use again ... =/

    3rd day in a row 'unable to deliver today' even though previous message said 'we will deliver today'. Useles customer service unable to help or provide delivery date. Now no idea if it will be delivered at all. Was told driver put down as 'unable to find address' but then turned out they have some issues at the depot so the reason with address was just a cover up. Comple nonsense. Never had any issues with DX until now. Shame! as was always happy with same driver Calum for most on my deliveries. DX get a grip!

    Honestly, the worst delivery company in Scotland. They always call me to say the parcel will be delivered the next day. Last time, the driver couldn’t read an address on the GPSβ€”the address of my workshop! So today, I decided to take the day off and wait at home. Bad idea, because now the deliverer doesn’t know how to ring the intercom! Even though I spent the whole bloody morning at my window watching for any truck. And guess what? Nobody showed up today. They’re incompetent, liars, and don’t know how to read. You’re a disgrace.

    I will not be dealing with any companies who use this company for deliveries. This is the second time I have had to keep my business open after they stated a delivery time and didn't turn up. My delivery would be between 4:45-6:45pm. I stayed there to await parcel. Checked tracking. Doesn't change in 1.5hrs, shows my parcel is minutes away, 5:50pm, then updates to show my parcel has been rescheduled to next day. This is unsuitable as my customer is now not getting their car back on time. This has an impact on all my other customers as work booked will now be delayed and we have to work later. All because, they probably can't be bothered working to deliver on time. Disgraceful.

    Why set delivery slots if you won’t stick to them paid next day and nothing has arrived Service is absolutely horrible will not be dealing with Dx in future and will be making a complaint as I paid express next day and nothing has shown up

    Absolutely hopeless! I wouldn't give them any star! I ordered plants which have now been in a box without water and light for 2 weeks. Delivery was scheduled and then forgotten in the warehouse. They promised re-delivery and it never arrived again. they asked to reschedule on their website, but there is no reschedule button! I still haven't gotten my order. If you're planning on using them for your business: AVOID!!!!

    DX sent me a message the day before delivery everything was received in good order from the seller and would be delivered on the promised day. Then I received a text on delivery day that they weren't able to deliver and would deliver my item in the next 2 working days. It's 3 working days later and I've asked customer services where my item is. They told me their depot claims they don't have my item. However, the tracking history on DX's own website clearly mentions having received my item from the seller. I really hope it's out for delivery today, but something's not right here...
