My parcel was delivered opened with contents stolen. When I contacted the sorting office to complain, they refused to do anything about it.
First time a parcel was damaged because it was delivered to the wrong address, the neighbour brought it around. 2nd time Royal Mail sent me a text sent saying they will deliver an item on date…. They never delivered… lots of calls again. 3rd time on Saturday morning 12/2/22 a card quickly and quietly slipped through the letter box, no knock no ringing the bell. Iv had to make contact for the item to be delivered. Shocking… this office and some delivery staff are. .. need more training this sorting office and staff delivering.
Never open. Shuts every day at noon. Really handy when the posite ignores your delivery instructions of leaving in the safe place that's obvious AF. Had to wait for the redelivery for an A4 thin cardboard envelope.
Parcel marked delivered & signed for on 9/1/2021. No parcel was delivered to us as we where at home all day. Hasn't been left with neighbours either. Still can't get hold of Royal Mail to explain.
