   Collected a parcel on Tuesday 19/3/19 just before closing and I was served promptly and efficiently by a very friendly member of staff. He was happy to help and and very patient when I couldn’t get the stylus to work when signing. This is a great service Royal Mail provides if you are out when you’ve arranged for a parcel to be delivered. It’s free and you collect from their office at your own convenience. Alternatively, on a date of your choice, they will either redeliver to the original address, to another local address or to your local Post Office, again for free. Can’t say fairer than that.

   Terrible service as ive had to go along to pick up my deliveries 4 times in a month because no attempt was even made to deliver them to my door. I and others cancelled plans to stay in for the deliveries just for them not to show up, claiming they left cards when they didnt. One of the packages they had for atleast a week and the only reason i knew they had it is because i tracked the package, it was probably days away from being returned. Heading along this morning yet again to pick up another delivery they made no attempt to post, absolute joke.
