   TL;DR: I wish all businesses were this wonderful to work with! My day yesterday started out with a scary phone call from my daughter that she realized that she had left her medicine in Scotland as she was arriving by train in London. After a series of phone calls I finally found a shipping company that would deliver it overnight. Unfortunately they were unable to do the pickup as it was past the pickup deadline; but said they would be able to do it if I could get the package to them by 7:30pm! So, I looked on google maps and saw Farr Out Delivery which had great reviews. I called and Alex answered right away. When I told him the two addresses he said, “that’s a two hour round trip for me on my bike; but I can get it there!” When he quoted me the price, I was surprised at how reasonable it was! I said deal, and he was off! We agreed we should shoot for 7pm to leave buffer in case anything went wrong. About an hour later I called the shipping company again and they started to tell me how this wasn’t going to work, that I couldn’t pay over the phone and that they were going to reject my package! I started to get concerned until I got a text from Alex that he was there. He told me not to worry and that he would talk to them and see what he could do. Alex spent 30 minutes in the shipping office working with them, took care of everything and kept me up-to-date along the way. I made sure to pay my invoice the second I got it this morning, and I’ve never been so excited to pay a bill! Thank you so much, Alex! You helped restore our faith in humanity and helped ensure our daughter was taken care of while we were too far away to do so ourselves! My only complaint was that the invoice pay system wouldn’t allow me to pay extra.

   The National Theatre of Scotland used Farr Out recently for deliveries in Edinburgh during the Festival. It saved us 2 days Work and freed up 2 staff. Venue to Venue or syncing with a van that struggles with access due to restrictions or quantity of people it was great to get the job done without compromising public safety or contributing to Edinburgh's Congestion and pollution nightmare. Cargo Bikes are Time machines. Book them now.!..but not too much though!, leave space for me!

   Well impressed with beer delivery from these people today. Had bad experiences recently with deliveries being sent to depots miles away when we’re not in (not an option when you don’t have a car and need to walk or cycle there as we’re supposed to be encouraged to do these days). Farr Out instead found a safe place to put the order and most impressively also emailed to check that we’d received it okay.

   Really great service - I bought a digital piano keyboard, piano stand and stool from fb marketplace and Farr Out were able to transport it for me - it's amazing what they can fit on a cargo bike! They replied really quickly to emails, they were very friendly, took care over the delivery, and everything arrived safely. I also felt reassured that the delivery avoided creating unnecessary vehicle emissions/traffic noise etc. I would definitely recommend!

   I asked Farr Out Deliveries to transport a framed fine art lithograph for me. Their response was immediate and positive and the price was keen. The next day I had my picture delivered without a scratch by electric cargo bike. The guy was super-friendly and I frankly couldn't have asked for more. This was a delicate, awkward object and they handled it perfectly.
