If you arrive when they don't want to work they are telling you tomorrow the scanner is not working... Evri should not work anymore with them
Terrible customer service, tried to drop off a return parcel multiple times and they keep refusing to accept it, blaming Evri for not picking up. One time the woman told me the scanner wasn't working then I tried it and it was fine. Evri should take their business somewhere else.
