Yet again another parcel not delivered, sat in all day and they claim they attempted to deliver. I have cameras and proof no attempt was made! No way of speaking to an actual person either. Royal Mail are the worst courier company, it’s no surprise the company are struggling!
Yet again anouther parcel not delivered , in the last 3 years edinburgh south has never managed to deliver a single parcel to my adress, always same bull there response is not able to gain access, yet my property is in a block with 24/7 disabled acsess , with 24/7 office on site . Yet edinburgh south can never deliver anything on a Saturday funny that , and od course it gets delivered following Monday by edinburgh mc office , I always complain to post man on the Monday and always get the same response, ie... oh edinburgh south office use part time staff at weekend so nothing gets delivered. Plus as I said im disabled I can not leave property without assistance , so I am always in with stair door to block always open for access to building. Sick off these fools messing up delivery . You would think there own system would flag this up as an issue as no postman can access building on a Saturday but can be delivered no problem threw week ie Monday to Friday. So sick off this company , complete joke of a sorting office .
No Royal mail post delivered 11.7 2025 to Gilmerton today Why well it's because they are only delivering parcels today it obviously doesn't matter if it was sent first class or not I won't be getting any post today people are actually getting ripped off that paid for a first class stamp its fraud your stealing money of people that paid for first class service and actually don't get any service atall
Yet another amazon parcel due today, not received by RM. The claim is 'address inaccessible', yet I have been in ALL DAY, and my buzzer hasn't gone once! I have another parcel which should have arrived in virtually the same 2hr window, roughly 10am and 2pm; not arrived either, but no update on that one. The last time, the package eventually got returned to the seller, but I had to report it missing as it was undelivered. Perils of an entryphone system when "whoever" can't be bothered pressing a buzzer, leaving the recipient completely in the dark. As a disabled online shopper, I wish you would try harder.
