   Fab service from Dalkeith post office. From the website we ordered from we asked for it to be delivered to our local shop which was on their website. The post office called us to say the shop didn't actually accept deliveries there so offered to deliver to our home address, very grateful as it was an expensive item and they ensured safe delivery. Very thankful to them and for the communication, making sure we received our item. Thank you.

   After six years living in the same address, the last year have been an absolute disaster. The staff of that delivery office is unable to be compliant with his own policies. They ignore once an again the 'SAFE PLACE PROVIDED' in the app of Royal Mail and in all the communications. Had to write a bunch of signed letters to the Managers (constantly changing). The staff is highly offensive, clumsy and absolutely lack of training. They are failing constantly the deliveries, the minimum care to close the gate after them. They are unable to fulfil properly a card with tracking number of the parcel and more. The Management is a joke. I even had to ban the access to my property to a one member of their staff; an absolute hooligan! He was unable to fulfil a card to track the item with the reference number, unable to find the safe place selected and unable to behave. NIGHTMARE!!! trying to find out name and surname of The senior Manager for a legal complaint. IT IS ALL RECORDED IN THE CCTV.

   Hi, I am highly disappointed. Because I am at home. Your employer must see my window was open. He did not wait and didn’t knocked on door. I didn’t hear!!!!! Your service is horrible at last months or half year. I wait for this delivery I am ill with pain in my back. I can’t flying.

   I had a parcel delivered before ,and the man who delivered it ,was very cheerful and nice from Dalkeith, this post man not very nice, I think he hates working Saturday, not the same approach to customers if he does not like his Job why do it, the man who delivered a parcel to me a few weeks ago I give him five stars this man I give three.

   As mentioned by everyone else, tge opening times are a joke for this place. The tunes quoted on Google are wrong. I have taken a picture of the actual opening times to help people collect their parcels, as the Post Office obviously can't provide that kind of helpful information.

   Parcels left on my doorstep for people to steal...too lazy to post through door letter slot...all that they're good for is going on strike these days!..total reform needed...1 star is too generous.

   Very rude staff members, not helpful at all. Don’t understand the opening hours of this place either it isn’t ideal, especially to those who work shifts mostly nights and weekends.
