As so many have said, you’re gambling with your time using this service at this particular location. Tesco and Evri need to remove this service from this location and find an alternative solution.
I’ve tried to drop off a parcel here multiple times and every time they have said they aren’t accepting parcels. Very annoying after a long walk to be told this. Very sick of these businesses advertising as parcel shops but refusing parcels.
I walked 15 minutes here to bring the parcel and they didn’t have prints, told me to come the other day, I came the other day and they didn’t have space. And personnel is super unhelpful, it feels like they just hate their job and people who are coming there
Dire. They almost never have enough space for Evri parcels, and become indignant when customers query why they purport to offer a service they rarely fulfil.
They said they wouldn't take my parcel after I walked 20 minutes to drop it off! Please take off your parcel service from these useless bunch!
