   They basically lie telling you they accept Evri parcels. I’ve been 3 times now in last month and I’ve been told “machine broken”. I’ve asked how long it’s been broken or offline for and the answer is “few hours”. Rude and unhelpful. Should be honest and admit they DONT DO EVRI at all!

   Useless and rude. You can't use the printing machine - you have to go grovel in front of this rude piece of work who wants a QR code come hell or high water (and you must go outside in the cold to buy it on your phone, he won't let you stay in the shop) while the Evri website never bloody works! And they don't open at 7am on weekdays - that's a lie. They open whenever they bloody want. Some time ago I had to post a parcel first thing in the morning and the shop was closed. I phoned the number provided and didn't get anywhere. Thanks for making me late to work for no good reason.

   My experiences have been good, I use this one as my Evri returns and send out things from here. The store’s staff have been helpful. On one occasion, I was the first person to use the machine, and it took a while to warm up, the store’s clerk was very apologetic and I told him it’s fine. It printed after like a five minute wait. This location is very convenient for me and I do recommend it.
