    Dear Evri, probably you got some courier who is steal the parcels in this location and nearby. You will better double check all your staff. I got in trouble twice on the last week and I even don't sure you will return my money. Service is very poor , on basis of last three-four days trying to solve at least something.

    My parcel info says delivered, they didn't accept it. Evri is providing poor customer support and either lost it or someone in the delivery chain stole it. Maybe not the fault of these guys but the bitter taste it left behind guarantees I won't interact with this shop again
