Horrible service. The person behind counter talk rudely. Went there to drop my parcel both the time, the person throw the parcel from top to floor thank there was no glass or any other things that break will never go there again... Avoid this place.
They refused my parcel but did a pretty good job of explaining why (it was too big) and pointed me to the nearest place that would take it as well as giving me a printed sticker, only took 5 mins to walk there and they took it no problem, don’t listen to the reviews the guys are just trying to do their job and if you ask nicely and stop being rude they’ll help you.
Avoid this place. Made the effort to come here with the pram to drop off an evri parcel after carefully checking the opening times. Arrived at around 11.15 and came into the shop only to be rudely told by the owner that he’s ‘not serving right now’. Even the delivery men dropping off stock for the shop were appalled by the service. You’re much better off going to the evri drop off on Dundee St where you’ll be met with a much better standard of customer care. Will not be returning.
Went here to drop Evri return. The person behind the till talked non stop on the phone, barely acknowledged me, then literally dropped my parcel from till height onto the floor (it was clearly supposed to go into a pile but landed on the floor). Luckily it wasn't glass. As per other reviews, rude, unfriendly, avoid if you can.
Useless. Don’t drop your EVRI parcels here. Shocking customer service, they have excuses for everything. He forgot to charge the scanner and blamed Evri for it. The prices on items in the store are extortionate and he blamed Tesco. He mopped the floor at 11:20 asked me to wait 5 mins, it took 15 then the printer wasn’t working. This is all in the space of 3 days… the previous worker in there was brilliant and very helpful, this new guy doesn’t have a clue.
Clearly whoever it is running the shop, has no tact, manners or people skills. Reason enough to avoid.
The most arrogant person I’ve ever deal with. Not trying to help and resolve the problem.
