I have something that has to go back to Currys which DPD were to collect. Nobody turned up but claimed on the update that there was nothing to collect. I have a doorbell camera that automatically records when it detects movement and it shows nobody came to the door. Annoying as I took a day off work to be in and wanted to use part of the day to visit elderly parents who are both in hospital. Arranged a second pickup with Currys who again used DPD. My sister stayed at my house for the time slot. And again nobody turned up during the times they said they'd be there but claimed there was nothing to collect. But again camera shows nobody came to the door or even drove past. So, I'll have to contact Currys for a third time. Do the DPD drivers not have sat nav? Complete waste of time.
