   Appallingly bad and rude service. Twice parcels were delivered and tracking proved it but the assistant refused to even look for it. When told that was poor service he arrogantly said "I have thousands of customers, one less makes no difference" . AVOID this store!

   If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely vile customer service here, so rude and unprofessional. Wanted to return an item for a package and showed the man behind the counter (who wasn’t wearing a face mask in the height of the Omicron variant after being told by the government to increase protective measures and gave little thought to keeping his customers safe) my phone to scan my returns QR code. He proceeded to try to grab my phone off me and when I didn’t let him he refused to serve me and started to shout abuse at me. Avoid this place at all cost!
