   Had an item sent by my work shipped out to me guaranteed next day delivery, picked up on Wednesday and their tracker confirmed had arrived at the depo and should have been out for delivery Thursday. Late on Friday they lied and said they attempted delivery, but I had waited in all day and had multiple other deliveries that day from other courier services all fine. They said they would attempt delivery Saturday so I gave up my entire Saturday waiting in for them and again they didn't turn up, they now say they will come Monday. Being late is one thing, saying you attempted to deliver when really you didn't is another.

   The drivers are really joking because they will never put down paper if customers is not at home even no update on the system. I have been waiting for my parcel 5days .I was even in Parcelforce office at Sighthill last week Friday and I was told the driver will deliver my stuff will on Saturday.

   I've ordered 2 items from abroad. The first came and I got a link to pay. They didn't deliver after that and I had to go there to collect. The second arrived at there depot but this time they have not given me a link, email or informed me that they have it. I had to find out from the suppliers. It is still there and I do not know how to pay it this time. Guess I will have to go back to there depot. The first time I went down, the staff were very friendly and we joked about how inefficient this business is run. The problem is obviously at the higher management level. I also went to return packages and they were asking what is inside, not is there anything dangerous other than toxic. they wanted to know what was inside and its value. They were asking private questions. don't know who owns this business but I bet they're dodgy.

   Unacceptable and shameful service. Twice Parcelforce pretended to deliver my Baby Box (Tracking: PBJE2341719001), and twice the driver ignored my doorbell, never called my phone, and left no card. I am at home all day. There is ZERO excuse for this negligence. This is not just poor service – it’s total disrespect. I expect urgent contact and a proper solution immediately.
