Don’t understand the negative reviews - use this drop off frequently and all the staff are helpful, friendly and today went out of their way to let me use their wifi to recover the code for my parcel.

Very rude and unhelpful cashier! I went to return my Evri parcel, and the cashier made a big fuss, claiming it was too big and that the Evri driver would refuse to take it. However, I noticed much larger parcels awaiting collection in their storage area. I’m very disappointed with the service! If I could, I would give zero stars. Evri should review the service quality provided to their customers at these locations.
The attitude of the cashier was really unappreciative, very unwelcoming & unhelpful. When the machine couldn't read the QR code, he sighed as if I did that on purpose. If you can't act in a retail business then go back to your own country, there are better places for an attitude like this. If I could I would rate it on minus. And him getting defensive & acting on his own about how it's not the machine's fault, did i say something? did i say it's the machine's fault? I already saw another review saying they faced the same problem, better fix that. I'm probably from the same country as him but I look different so people wouldn't assume me from that country. Either way, coming to UK to just work on a store where you don't even want to work is pointless. -1/5
