   Shocking, arrived to drop off a return with a prepaid EVRI label, they refused to accept the return parcel due to it's size and shape. The shop doesn't mention anything regarding this and I don't drive so had carried the item all the way to the store. The shop even admitted that EVRI haven't authorised they can refuse any item and it's simply their choice. I wonder if EVRI would be happy with that? Anyway I would avoid using this shop to try and return anything just in case it's bigger than they will accept. They also don't provide any guide to this so it's a complete guess whether you will or won't be able to return an item using this store. Absolute disgrace and a bit comical considering they simply put the item in a cupboard to be collected. One of the excuses they gave was related to the size of parcels for their other locker service but since they don't use those lockers for drop off. that just made the guy sound like an absolute buffoon. Don't offer a service if your not actually committing to it. That's the buffoon smoking a cigarette in front of his shop.

   I’ve been 2 days in a row and they haven’t accepted my packages. I understand it’s not their fault if no one’s picking them up but they should have better communication with the company.

   Shopkeeper in Nadeem Store is useless, refused to accept an Evri parcel, caught him twice pretending to scan the label. I literally had to grab the phone out of his hands and scan myself. He still refused to take the parcel after it had been accepted and tried ripping my label off. Like another person said below the staff member in the store is extremely unhelpful, rude and inconsiderate. This shop is my last resort, but since the small Tesco has stopped taking Evri parcels I would gladly travel somewhere else out of my way than come to this shambles of a corner store. I forgot to mention he reeks of booze. Avoid this place.

   Absolutely awful experience – avoid at all costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. The Evri parcel pick-up and return service at Nadeem Store on Stenhouse Street in Edinburgh is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. The man running the store is shockingly rude and completely unhelpful. Every time I’ve gone in to collect or drop off a parcel, I’ve been met with hostility, eye-rolling, and aggressive, snappy comments as if customers are an inconvenience to him. He talks down to people, refuses to offer any help with scanning or locating parcels, and often acts like he has no interest in providing the service at all. On more than one occasion, I’ve witnessed other customers getting the same disrespectful treatment. He seems to go out of his way to make you feel like a nuisance just for using the Evri service that his store signed up to offer. The store itself is cramped and badly managed, but it’s the toxic attitude of the man behind the counter that makes the experience unbearable. Honestly, avoid this place for any parcel services. There are other Evri locations nearby where you’ll be treated like a human being. I’ll never go back here again.
