    Another great service from DHL Express Service Point in sending my parcel to the USA via Germany and Belgium. I can understand why parcels have to travel via other countries, this is to keep costs down and profits up.There is no point in having a partly filled plane fly over the pond (Atlantic). Another day or two is okay by me. I must check the add photos for next time I send a parcel.

    On 18.09m, we delivered the shipment to the DHL website's designated point. The website states that shipments delivered before 4pm leave on the same day. The system indicated a delivery date of 23.09. Please be advised that as of 22.09.2025, the system has confirmed that the shipment remains in the city of departure. We contacted the support service (chat) and they told us to find out if the drop-off point had sent the item. They did not offer an apology, but rather instructed us to conduct our own investigation. We are not DHL employees and therefore should not be looking for shipments that have already been picked up by employees. It came to light that the shipment had not yet been handed over for dispatch. We had to collect our parcel urgently. Unfortunately, an apology was not forthcoming. This is a substandard service. Whenever a parcel is accepted by the company, a commitment is made to deliver it within a specified timeframe. However, the company has been found to be negligent in fulfilling its obligations, leaving customers to search for their parcels themselves. This is not a viable proposition.

    My husband and I were in Edinburgh a couple of weeks ago. We had these wonderful people ship our purchases back to the United States for us. They were patient, kind, efficient and down right amazing!! Everything arrived home in perfect condition. I highly recommend them for all your shipping needs!!!

    While DHL were helpful on the phone the drop off point at Rymans were unhelpful. Whenever I asked a question it was, "you need to tell me, I don't work for DHL I work for Ryman". Gave up and left.

    Posted from Edinburgh to America. It took 4 days to get there. I went into the local store the guys at DHL got them to help me fill in the form make sure it was getting to its correct destination. Very easy reliable service. Would most definitely use again.
